We got walls; now how to paint them?

I went out to see the walls, and they are really there. It looks awesome! I am just chilling here in my window-filled room and looking so happy that I almost don't want to mention the dispute. Well, not really dispute. It is about wall color, and no one will really keep me from painting my room whatever color I want. (Although they might mind if I brought in vehicle customizers and tattoo artists to liven up the walls with flames, naked ladies, swords, skulls and snakes.)

So Emily suggested a color called kennebunkport green for my walls. I was not down with that and wrote back I wanted something lighter and brighter. I was busy at my job and just kind of settled on a color "killala green." You'd have thought I suggested "your majesty" purple. Emily e-mails back, are you kidding or being serious. On the ride home from work Mom tells me my color was day-glo. Whatever. I may just go with the skulls and naked ladies.

Here is my future desk nook. I love it.

Here are some of the daffodills we planted last year.
